Partner Student Highlight: Nichole Duplesse, Orange County Healthcare Agency

Meet Nichole Duplesse, Health Program Specialist at the Orange County Healthcare Agency – a CLU employer partner.
As she worked toward her goal of advancing into a leadership role, Nichole discovered CLU in her school research and enrolled in the Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership program. With the county’s reimbursement program and reduced tuition through the educational partnership with CLU, enrolling in the program was an easy decision.
For her Capstone project, Nichole researched effective strategies for managing burnout among behavioral health professionals, identifying ways to support resilience and well-being in the workplace.
In her current role, Nichole leverages the skills and knowledge she gained at CLU to oversee contract providers, ensuring compliance with government regulations. This role allows her to stay deeply connected to the organization’s mission, while making a lasting, meaningful impact in the communities she serves.
