Student Services Manager


Reporting to the Dean of Student Services & Registrar, the Student Services Manager is expected to develop and maintain a personal relationship with students in undergraduate, graduate, and certificate programs.

The ideal candidate will have successful experience in providing valuable enrollment and matriculation information and support to current and prospective CLU students of the graduate, undergraduate, and certificate programs. Working independently and under general supervision from the Dean of Student Services/Registrar, the Student Services Manager is primarily responsible for supporting students throughout the student life cycle.

The Student Services Manager will collaborate with colleagues in Enrollment, Student Financial Services, Academic Affairs, and other departments as needed to provide key support related to student preparation, student learning, student engagement in courses and resources, and student achievement. In addition, the ideal candidate believes in and is passionate about the mission and commitments of CLU.


The candidate needs to be located in or near the Los Angeles area.

  • Earned bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline or equivalent work experience
  • Experience working with undergraduate students, graduate students, and adult learners
  • Familiarity with online learning
  • 5-7 years of customer service experience required, preferably in academic advising

Compensation range is $60,000 to $70,000 annually plus a competitive benefits package.
