Your Instructor

Jennifer Ewing, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, Program Chair, M.A., Human Resources Management (MHR)

Jennifer Ewing has been practicing human resources and health and safety management for over twenty-nine years in both union and non-union environments. Ewing is certified as both a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Senior Certified Professional through the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP). Ewing holds her MBA from Michigan State University and her BSBA from Central Michigan University. Additionally, Ewing has been an adjunct professor for over sixteen years and enjoys passing along her experience and knowledge to her students.

COURSE POLICIES

Full refunds are available until the first day of classes. Any request for a refund after that must be made in writing, addressed to Jennifer Ewing, and submitted to jaewing@claremontlincoln.edu no later than 10 days after classes start. Any request for a refund after 10 days will not be issued. Full payment is due by class start date.

Attendance Policy

Claremont Lincoln University feels strongly that in order to adequately prepare to sit for the SHRM CP-SCP exams, participants must actively engage in each week's assignments and readings in a timely manner. This includes participating in group discussions.

Participants who do not engage for two consecutive modules will not be dropped from the course, but will NOT receive a certificate of completion at the end of the course.

Claremont Lincoln University reserves the right to modify or cancel courses at anytime. CLU will not issue refunds in the event a participant's application to sit for the SHRM exam is denied.
