Heather is a strategic‐thinking human resources professional with almost 20 years of extensive experience across diverse industries and is highly skilled at managing and streamlining processes with an authentic and hands-on leadership approach. She also brings a wealth of knowledge in online teaching and administration. Her research interests include positive organizational scholarship, generations in the workforce, and diversity.

COURSE POLICIES

Full refunds are available until the first day of classes, September 8, 2020. Any request for a refund after September 17, 2020, must be made in writing, addressed to Katie Goolsby, and submitted to kgoolsby@claremontlincoln.edu no later than 10 days after classes start. Any request for a refund after September 18, 2020, will not be issued. Full payment is due by September 8, 2020.

Attendance Policy

Claremont Lincoln University feels strongly that in order to adequately prepare to sit for the SHRM CP-SCP exams, participants must actively engage in each week's assignments and readings in a timely manner. This includes participating in group discussions.

Participants who do not engage for two consecutive modules will not be dropped from the course, but will NOT receive a certificate of completion at the end of the course.

Claremont Lincoln University reserves the right to modify or cancel courses at anytime. CLU will not issue refunds in the event a participant's application to sit for the SHRM exam is denied.
