Joseph Sallustio Joins CLU as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

On December 29, 2017, Claremont Lincoln University hired Mr. Joseph Sallustio to serve as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.  The addition of Mr. Sallustio fills the final position of the President’s Cabinet in achieving the University’s strategic goals by assuring success in enrollment management and operational functions.

Mr. Sallustio has spent the past 14 years focusing on admissions, enrollment and retention practices in online higher education and has developed a successful track record of guiding institutions through growth and change by building high caliber teams, surpassing budget goals, and inspiring staff members to seize their true potential.  His professional experience demonstrates success in optimizing both educational programs for students and developmental programs for employees.  He holds a B.S. in Speech Communications from State University of New York at Oneonta, an M.S. in Organizational Leadership from Regis University in Colorado, and is currently working on his Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership from Northcentral University in Arizona.
