Engaging Confidently in Courageous Conversations

Join us on March 29th at 1PM Pacific/ 4PM Eastern for a Student Success Webinar with CLU's Jerry D. Campbell Professor and DEI Specialist, Dr. Audrey Jordan on "Engaging Confidently in Courageous Conversations." An important skill in interpersonal and group communication is having and facilitating courageous conversations toward mutually beneficial solutions to difficult challenges.

Attendees will: Learn about the POP (purpose, outcome, and process) tool and how it serves as a foundation for courageous conversations. Leave with tips for navigating through differences interests and perspectives.

Dr. Jordan is a full-time professor and DEI Specialist at CLU. She enjoys mentoring and collaborating with faculty, staff, and alumni in a variety of roles - as an instructor, a member of the Office of Academic Affairs, and leading workgroups for DEIB, CLU Faculty, and alumni.
