CLU participates in Socktober! Every year in October, Claremont Lincoln University participates in Socktober, a world-wide campaign to stock shelters with warm, new socks as the weather gets colder for those who are homeless and housing insecure. Socks are often forgotten in donations to homeless shelters. 2023 will be CLU’s ninth year participating. CLU staff and faculty collect socks and share them with Foothill Family Shelter, a local nonprofit organization serving children, families, and individuals out of the Upland-Claremont, California area. We are proud to partner with our community and share the gift of warmth this season.
